Shelter Boy Germany
Shelter Boy blends dreamy guitar sounds with raw vocals, somewhere between indie rock and dreampop. On his EP Mirage Morning (2019) the young German tries to find himself in the turmoil that is his music and his own complex emotional world. In January and February of 2020 he completed his first headline-tour throughout Germany. Just on the other end of the lockdown Shelter Boy bounces back with his debut album ‘Failure Familiar’, a firm and bittersweet step forward.
NLShelter Boy mengt dromerige gitaargeluiden met rauwe vocalen, ergens tussen indie rock en droompop. Op eerste EP Mirage Morning (2019) probeert de jonge Duitser zichzelf te vinden in de onrust van zijn muziek en zijn eigen complexe emotionele wereld. In januari en februari 2020 doet hij zijn eerste headlinetour door Duitsland. Net aan de andere kant van de lockdown veert Shelter Boy terug met zijn debuutalbum ‘Failure Familiar’, een stevige en bitterzoete stap voorwaarts.
