Willem Westermann VVEM
In these busy days Willem is fully involved in the Dutch event industry and the way we work towards solutions, representing the VVEM and the Alliantie van Evenementenbouwers in discussions with the government. In the VVEM Knowledge & Development Centre we help both event industry collegues and local and national government. -
Gijs Bernard KEES
Gijs Bernard active as director at KEES Cultuurvrijwilligers & Onderwijsgroep Tilburg, and also connected with Paradox in Tilburg and the Kunstenbond in Amsterdam. In 2019 o.i.v. Corona took the step to education MBO - Event producer and also started working as director at KEES. Previously worked at Roadburn, 013 and WOO HAH! and once worked in CD and record retail. In 2022 I will join the crew of The Vorstin in Hilversum for a short period. -
Lotje Horvers Backstage Pass
Lotje Horvers has been a tour manager since 2003, managing productions at club, theatre & arena level. Her clients include Fever Ray, Robyn, Röyksopp, M83, Within Temptation and the Knife. She won the 2020 Women in Live Music "Tour Manager of the year" award, is a frequent music industry panelist and sits on the committee of the Tour Production Group. -
Berend Schans VNPF
Berend Schans is director of the VNPF, the industry association for pop venues and festivals in the Netherlands. In addition, he is a board member of the Popcoalitie foundation, board member of the Dutcht Event Quality Foundation (SKEN), board member of Platform ACCT, board member of the Federation Culture.

Heko Scheltema VVEM
Heko Scheltema works as a consultant at De Regelaar. In this capacity, he provides advice and support to organisers and (local) government, particularly in the related fields of safety and permits. Specific tasks involve writing integrated event safety plans, assisting organisers in their permit applications and acting as event safety officer during various events in the Netherlands. De Regelaar prides itself on being able to combine (legal)theory and the necessities realities of practice.
