Jeremy Sirota is CEO of Merlin, the independent’s digital music licensing partner. Sirota leads a global organization that strikes premium deals with digital platforms for its members.
Merlin sits at the crossroads of music and technology, which are Sirota’s passions—he is a lifelong technologist and an avid consumer of music.
He started his career as a technology lawyer at Morrison & Forster, with a focus on copyright law. He went on to hold senior positions at Warner Music Group, culminating as Head of Business & Legal Affairs for WEA and ADA.
Prior to Merlin, he helped launch music experiences on the Facebook Music Team as Independent Label BD Lead.

He is currently running HIT4US as MD. Dutch IFPI awarded him with the “Zilveren Fonograaf “ for outstanding contribution in the music industry. He is President of STOMP, Stichting Onafhankelijke Muziek Producenten in The Netherlands. Former Chairman of IMPALA and President of IMPALA.
