International Music Managers Forum discussion groups: Eurosonic attendees can join small group meetings for face-to-face discussions with key industry experts working with the likes of 4AD, Glastonbury Festival, Within Temptation, massive YouTube channels, Global drinks brands, club and arena promoters, global publishing companies, and of course some experienced artist managers.

The objective of the session is to engage artists, self-managed artists, managers and professionals in a networking environment. The music industry is always evolving, we are always learning, this event is ideal for anyone looking to develop their knowledge. Across two hours participants will meet 8 ""experts"" who will share their experiences across 4 topics: Brand, Songs, Live, Deals, and reflect through tips and insights on what they wish someone had told them earlier in their career.

  • Dijana Lakus

    Dijana Lakus Glastonbury (HR)

    Passionate about music, festivals and events, Dijana Lakus has worked as a production manager, project manager, event manager, booking agent, PR manager, artist manager, promoter, booker, tour manager and consultant all over Europe. She has worked for festivals from Outlook and Dimensions in Croatia to Glastonbury and to SGP in the UK. Currently she lives between London and the EU, and among many other things, is involved in Music Glue, the leading global music-to-fan e-commerce platform.

  • Alyssa DeBonis

    Alyssa DeBonis 4AD (US)

    Alyssa DeBonis is the West Coast Manager and A&R for the label 4AD, under The Beggars Group. Alyssa initially started working in the industry at an independent booking agency, AGI, then moved into the world of management working alongside managers at Red Light Management. She then started working in licensing and sync at the independent publisher Big Deal Music Group. Growing up in New York and graduating from New York University, Alyssa now resides in Los Angeles.

  • Wilfried Damman

    Wilfried Damman (NL)

    Wilfried Damman started his career in music industry late nineties and is an experienced artist manager, booking agent, publisher and consultant. Developing from tourmanager, booking agent to artist manager, he made a switch to the promotor-job as Head of Program and Marketing at 013, Tilburg in 2007.

    He returned as artist manager for artists such as Destine, Blaudzun, Mister and Mississippi and John Coffey to support their international careers, as well as DJ/producers among which category-leader Brennan Heart and Code Black.

    Wilfried is also still involved in talent development, working on new artists like Darlyn and The Overslept, both releasing new music early 2019.

    Acting as booking agent, he runs the leading agency for cover/mashup and entertainment artists, featuring acts like The Dirty Daddies and Daredevils. The Dirty Daddies sold out their show at AFAS Live, six months prior to show date.

    Apart from this, he is a consultant for companies, events, venues, education institutes and government.

  • Sara Maria Kordek

    Sara Maria Kordek Good Taste Production (PL)

    Kordek helps to develop the fastest growing music production company in Poland, specializing in touring the country. Years of international working and educational experiences help her to improve the cosmopolitan business relationship approach in Good Taste Production. Kordek's experience of working with top Polish managers has help her when working with some of the world famous international artists such us Pat Metheny, Bobby Mcferrin, Knower, Cory Henry, Jack Savoretti, latest project of Hans Zimmer or Jamiroquai.

    Producing more than 150 concerts a year Good Taste Production is focused on domestic pop, funk and jazz artists.

  • Sophie van Everdingen

    Sophie van Everdingen Bureau Brandeis (NL)

    Sophie van Everdingen is a media and entertainment attorney at Bureau Brandeis, specialized in media and intellectual property law against the backdrop of her experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Her clients are active in the music, film and book industry.

    Sophie litigates and advises in infringement cases, as well as cases of fraud and breach of contract. She has a special interest in cross-border cases. Sophie represents several music publishers, labels and managers in their split with music artists. Recently, she represented inter alia Dash Berlin and Han Kooreneef.

  • Sarah Stam

    Sarah Stam Set the Tone (NL)

    Sarah Stam is an Amsterdam based Music enthusiast who focuses on artist and label management within the (electronic) music scene. Having worked for Spotify, Armada Music and the AEI Group in the past, she currently works under the umbrella of her own company Set The Tone. Working with youtube labels like Future House Music and NoCopyrightsSounds amongst others, which operate at the forefront of independent label models, she has a focus working on marketing, branding and international relations. Furthermore, Sarah is closely involved with the global movement of SheSaidSo, stimulating a positive movement to encourage equality & diversity within the music industry, spearheading the Dutch department SheSaidSo.Ams.

  • Mandy Aubry

    Mandy Aubry Songtrust (EU)

    As Director of Global Business Development and Client Relations based in The Netherlands, Mandy leads Songtrust’s expansion in Europe. With over two decades of international music industry experience, she has had various responsibilities ranging from international promotion and product management at renowned hard rock/metal record label, Roadrunner, to Head of Client Relations Music Publishing for Fintage House. Over the years, Aubrey’s client roster has been varied and diverse, including the hard and the heavy (Machine Head, Slipknot, Type O Negative), singer-songwriters (Jason Mraz, Tori Amos, Jack Savoretti), bands (Nickelback, Mew), music publishers (Nettwerk, Big Yellow Dog, Beggars) and film/TV production companies (Hasbro, MRC, ABC Disney, RTI and Alcon Sleeping Giant.)

    Originally from London, Mandy lives with her family in the historical city of Leiden in the Dutch province of South Holland.
