Mandy Aubry is Senior Director of Business Development at Songtrust, the world's largest technology solution for global music publishing royalty collection and administration. Aubry leads Songtrust’s expansion across EMEA and APAC to provide music creators in established and emerging music markets with global music publishing administration and collection infrastructure. Her tireless effort to achieve this goal was recognised by Billboard and she appears on their 2021 International Power Players list. She has 25 years of experience in the music industry, previously working for music publishing administrator Fintage House, and the renowned hard rock and heavy metal record label, Roadrunner Records. -
Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt
Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt is an artist manager, and music rights technologist, he is the VP of Education and Innovation at IMMF, he enjoys freediving and is a member of the Project Zero team helping to raise funds and awareness for Ocean conservation using culture and innovation.

Kristine Kleina Every Little Thing
Kristine is a music industry professional with a passion for good music. She holds a BA in Music Industry Management from University of Hertfordshire and currently works at an artist management company, booking agency and label Every Little Thing based in Riga, Latvia. Every Little Thing works with EBBA Award winning band Carnival Youth, indie-pop artist Chris Noah as well as Finkis, Kautkaili, Laika Suns and Rigas Modes and is a local marketing and promotions partner for Sony Music Entertainment. Within the company, Kristine is a jack of all trades covering areas such as marketing, promotion, sales and merchandising among others. Additionally, Kristine is active in supporting Music Export Latvia where she moderates seminars for the Latvian music industry and is currently involved in setting up Music Managers Forum Latvia. -

Neeta Ragoowansi - Based out of New York City, Neeta has been an attorney and music business professional for over 25 years, serving as a strategic advisor, business development resource, and legal counsel to entertainment and tech industry clients. She is Senior Counsel, Legal & Business Affairs for Global Citizen, President of Music Managers Forum – US (MMF-US), a Global Co-Chair (Chapter Expansion) for Women in Music, Diversity & Inclusion Chair for the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Entertainment & Sports Industries and Co-Founder of NPREX (National Performing Rights Exchange). Prior to that, Neeta was founding head of artist-label relations & legal counsel for SoundExchange, VP of Biz Dev/Legal for Tunesat, Asst. General Counsel for The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and a former board governor of The Recording Academy (Grammy organization). Neeta also serves on the advisory boards of IMMF, Gritty in Pink, IAFAR, SIM São Paulo, and SXSW Conference. Neeta has spoken at over 300 music industry conferences re: the global music business, legal and copyright topics, as well as women’s leadership and empowerment. Neeta’s passion for the music business and law is founded on her own creative passion. She is a performing musician/songwriter with her band, Oxymorons. -
