    Stephen O'Reilly ie:music (IE)

    A veteran of the digital music business Stephen O’Reilly is head of marketing and a director at London based management company ie:music.

    ie:music was established in 1992 by two industry veterans, David Enthoven and Tim Clark. The company is focused solely on the management of artists and its philosophy is that their artists’ interests are paramount. ie:music manage artists including Robbie Williams, Passenger and Lily Allen amongst others.

    As digital technology throws the music industry into turmoil, ie:music believes that great opportunities come from disarray. The company embraces digital technology as an extraordinary facilitator of artist – fan communications, as a means of encouraging transparency and of making everything from ticketing to downloading and streaming more effective and efficient.

    Clark and Enthoven’s mantra: the artist and the fan are the two most important parts of the music industry, everything else is just the gloop in the middle!

  • Tanguy Giraud

    Tanguy Giraud Marathon Artist Labs (GB)

    Tanguy Giraud runs the music tech accelerator Marathon Artists LABs at Marathon Artists where his main focus is scouting for innovators redefining the music ecosystem.

    Prior to his current position, Tanguy advised a London-based VC firm on music investments and innovation. Before living in London, he worked for independent labels and a live music promotion company in New York City.

    Earlier in his career, Tanguy worked in the Global New Business team at Universal Music in London. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University in Montreal and a Master’s degree in Music Business from New York University.

    Russ Tannen Dice FM (GB)

Now 90-strong at its London HQ, DICE is one of the fastest growing live music start ups in the world. A founding employee at DICE, Russ previously held the positions of Head of Music and Managing Director, UK. In another life he managed artists including Peace and Superfood, and programmed events and venues for VICE.
