Anne de Jong NVPIAnne de Jong is an executive in music and very experienced in copyright law and neighbouring rights. As managing director of NVPI, the Dutch trade body for record labels and movie distributors, he represents the recorded music industry on a national level. As chairman of the Dutch platform for creative media industries (PCMI) and co-chair of the Dutch copyright federation (Federatie Auteursrechtbelangen), De Jong works closely with other national organizations such as Sena (neighbouring rights), Buma/Stemra (copyright) and Dutch trade bodies for performers and publishers.

Kevin Brennan UK ParliamentKevin Brennan is a Welsh Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Cardiff West since 2001. He is currently a member of the Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee. In the last Labour government he was a Minister in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, the Department for Children, Schools and Families and the Cabinet Office. In recent years Mr Brennan has served Labour’s opposition front bench as their Shadow Schools Minister, Shadow Business Minister and Shadow Culture Minister.
