    Hilde Spille Compass for Creatives (NL)

    Since 1995 Hilde Spille has worked at Paperclip Agency, as European agent for artists from all over the world. Right now she is working on Dutch or European tours for a.o. Pussy Riot, I Muvrini, Sass Jordan, Huun Huur Tu, Hazmat Modine, Wucan and ECHLO. With an MA in psychology as background, Hilde combined that with her experience in the international live music business to write about the mental challenges that artists have to face on her blog Compass for Creatives. Next to writing, she has been guest lecturer for students of a.o. the Conservatory of Amsterdam and TAMK in Tampere. She also has developed various mental training programmes for musicians, and coaches individual musicians to regain their mental strength.

  • Jack Pisters

    Jack Pisters Conservatorium Amsterdam (NL)

    Jack Pisters is the designer and head of the Pop Department of the Conservatory of Amsterdam. He designs educational projects as director of the "Dutch School of Popular Music" and supports various music institutions as an advisor. He also runs the Musicmatrix where he accompanies bands in the field of sound, play and recording and organizes guitar and music events.

    Promoter & MT Gebr. de Nobel in Leiden. Ambitions lie in working together in the city and beyond Leiden's borders, booking unique shows and events. Used to work in former venue LVC Leiden, trying to serve the region with unforgettable shows since. History as a freelance copywriter, product manager in the fashion business and editor for TV.
