What do fans think about when buying tickets for your gigs? Get inside the mind of a fan during the purchase journey - whether it's trying to get a ticket in a huge online sale, or the lull of a post-purchase cycle. Christine Lanoy, VP of Design at Ticketmaster International, talks about how diving into the psychology of your fans can lead to success when ticketing your event. She will be sharing a variety of ways in which Ticketmaster and the wider ticketing industry is using design thinking and technology to get to the core of fan needs and motivation. She will look at what it means to translate data and insights into easy, usable experiences that delight fans - from first time buyers to seasoned super fans.
