Christine Lanoy currently heads up Ticketmaster International Design, where she sets the strategic and tactical vision for user experience, design, and brand for 20+ enterprise-scale, fan-and client-facing products. Having found design during her stint as a music editor, she brings her passion for live entertainment and fan zeal to help 90M+ unique users across EMEA.
Christine helps organisations solve complex problems through elegant and usable day-to-day tools. She builds high-performing products and teams at global scale that consistently exceed business goals and excite users alike. A problem solver at the core, she has been able to work across sectors from high-end fashion to big data multinationals to R&D for intelligence communities.
A committed design educator, critic and mentor, Christine is dedicated to bringing up the next generation of design leaders and thinkers. She has taught at Parsons School for Design in New York and Créapole, Ecole Superieure des Art Appliques in Paris, sat on design juries around the world, and is actively involved with UXPA and other technology leadership and mentoring programs throughout London.
