Last edition's EBBA winners haven't gone unnoticed this summer. In fact, it's been a really hot summer for some of them.

Dua Lipa's 'New Rules' ruled at the end of this summer and reached the top of the EBBCharts last week. Ireland's folky Walking on Cars played at some fine ETEP festivals such as Pukkelpop and Colours of Ostrava. This summer they were happy to announce that their single 'Speeding Cars' reached 20 million views on Youtube.

But these hot summer days weren't only happening on the left side of the Channel. Norwegian Alan Walker released a new hit single featuring Gavin James. His single 'Tired', released in May this year, is still getting a lot of airplay in 9 European countries. Just now Alan Walker published an interesting teaser indicating we should all look forward to new work from the WorldOfWalker.

One of the EBBA winners also reached Forbes' attention this summer… with them calling Era Istrefi the Future Pop Star from Kosovo. With her follow up 'Redrum' and a new single featuring French Montana coming soon she seems bound for more success.

Austria's Filous' musical talent reached to Mat Kearny at the beginning of 2017 and together they released the song 'Goodbye' in February. Filous just released a new song called 'For Love' and this song will be featured on his to be released EP under the same title.
