Mia Frogner is head of sustainability and food at Øyafestivalen in Oslo, Norway, one of the greenest festivals in the world, according to A Greener Festival Awards. Prior to joining the festival, she was a partner and strategic advisor in one of the leading communication agencies in Norway, and she has also published three books about sustainable food.
