Thomas Sønderby Jepsen has recently become Head of Music Programming for the biggest festival in North Europe, Roskilde Festival. He has been part of Team Music since 2009, where he started as a volunteer and became permanently employed in 2014. Since 1971 Roskilde Festival has been a Non-Profit festival with focus on environmental and cultural change. With more than 175 acts playing at the festival, 30.000 volunteers and more than 100.000 attendees per day – the city of Roskilde becomes the 4th biggest city in Denmark during the 8 days the festival is being held.
