Anne Marleen de Jong has broad experience in the music and theatre world and has been working as the managing director of Le Guess Who? since August 2020. She previously worked for the North Sea Jazz Festival, Festival De Nederlandse Dansdagen, and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. She led several innovative (theatre) productions, including for WAT WE DOEN by Floris van Delft, and initiated and managed foundations for groups such as the breakdance collective The Ruggeds.
