ESNS 2027 will take place from 13 to 16 January 2027 in the city of Groningen.

You can order your tickets from January 30, 2026, through our webshop. Please note that our tickets are only available through the ESNS website, we do not sell through third parties.

Yes, this is certainly possible, whether for large groups or for a single ticket. You can email your request to support@esns.nl including your invoice details and the number of tickets you require.

Why is personalising my registration important?
Personalising your ticket is essential to make our entrance to the conference smooth, once personalised you will receive your e-ticket two days before the start of ESNS 2027. It also gives you access to the ESNS Database, where you can make contacts, appointments and see who else is coming.

What should I do if I have ordered multiple registrations?
If you have bought multiple registrations, make sure you personalise one ticket for yourself, using your own account. You can easily transfer the remaining tickets to the right colleague, they will receive an email so they can personalise their own registration.

How can I personalise my ticket?
Once you have received the order confirmation, you can personalise your registration immediately. In the email of your order confirmation you can click on the button to personalise your registration. Log in with the ESNS account, this way your account will be linked to your personalised registration. This is also why you can not personalise a ticket for your colleague, if you personalise a second ticket the registration will be linked to the wrong account and your colleague will not have access to the Delegate Database.

Are you in the database but cannot see yourself? Perhaps you did not give permission to share your details during personalisation. You can easily adjust your delegate profile here and tick the box to show your details in the Delegates Database. Does this not solve the problem? Then please contact us at support@esns.nl.

You’ll receive your e-ticket on January 11 2027, but only if you have personalised your registration. If you have not received your e-ticket, please let us know as soon as possible via support@esns.nl.

If you have made any mistakes during the order or personalisation of your registration, please let us know through support@esns.nl. We can help you change the incorrect details.

The Conference-timetable is not released yet.

A placed order can be canceled until December 13th 2026. Until that date, the organization will refund the money to your account, minus a €25,- administration fee. After December 13 2026, a placed order cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your ticket, send an e-mail to support@esns.nl.

The festival has no age limit. Under 16 years of age, you may only attend the festival accompanied by a parent/guardian.

All festival locations are pin only.

Bags no larger than an A4 may be taken inside. There may be searches and, of course, items that may negatively affect the security of the venues will be confiscated.

Noorderslag 2027 will take place on Saturday 16 January, 2027, at the Oosterpoort in Groningen.

You’ll receive your e-ticket on January 11th 2026, there is no need to print your ticket. We can scan it from your phone.

The doors will open at 15:00. You can enter with your e-ticket or wristband from previous days.

Noorderslag is pin only.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to go outside and re-enter. There are plenty of caterers at the Oosterpoort and a smoking area has been set up.

There is no age limit at Noorderslag. Under 16 years of age, you may only attend Noorderslag if accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Eurosonic: all Eurosonic venues are wheelchair accessible except MXT Main, MXT Front and USVA.

Noorderslag: All of De Oosterpoort is wheelchair accessible.

Grunnsonic: WIJCK & The Market Hotel are wheelchair accesible. Warhol, Het Pakhuis and Het Concerthuis are not.

If you would like to use a sign language interpreter, please let us know at accessibility@esns.nl. Then we will look at the possibilities together.

You are allowed to bring a guide/help dog to the festival venues, but we stress that the festival is not an animal-friendly environment, due to the crowds, loud music and lights. The KNGF Guide Dogs says: "We are not fans of bringing guide dogs to festivals, concerts and other places with crowds and loud music. The dogs cannot do their job and lose their function.'

Please park your bicycle only in the designated areas. You can use the bicycle parking facilities at the Grote Markt, Akerk, and the Forum. Note: bicycles parked incorrectly may be removed by the municipality. See this link if your bike has been removed.

Using our event portal you can link you chip - using the numbers on the back - and fill out the refund request. Please note: a refund costs €1. Therefore, a refund is only possible if your chip has a balance of at least €1, so the refund fee can be deducted. Refunds will not be issued if the remaining balance is less than €1.

At ESNS, we take your privacy seriously and believe you should know what personal information we collect and how we use it. We have done our best to keep this explanation brief and accessible. If you would like to learn more or need more information, you can always contact us at privacy@esns.nl.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. If this happens we will notify you through our website and if applicable and necessary, ask you to renew your permission. Our privacy policy is designed with you in mind. With our policy we embrace privacy by design and try to minimise personal information collection. However, to provide high-quality services, we need certain information as a (necessary) condition.

How this privacy policy applies to you, depends on the way you interact with us. For example, if you purchase a ticket for one of our events we will use your details to process the order, carry out the agreement and, unless you opt-out, inform you about our events. If you purchase a conference registration we will use your name, company name and email address to include you in our secure delegates database (only applicable for conference visitors), unless you opt-out.
