Having joined CAA in February 2023, Beckie is fast approaching 20 years in the music industry. Skilled at developing talent from the smallest venues through to arena-level shows, she prides herself on her strategic development of her artists and her skill in handling almost every genre of music. She has built an impressive and eclectic roster including artists such as Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, GloRilla, Noname, Chronixx, Ghostemane, Mac Ayres, Soulection and many more. Beckie was featured on Variety’s Women’s Impact List for 2022 and was honoured on Billboard’s 2020, 2021 and 2022 International Power Players lists, as well as Pollstar magazine’s 2021 International Impact List and has also been nominated for Agent of the Year at the ILMC Arthur Awards on several occasions. She is a regular speaker at music conferences across the world and is a regular panel chair. She is also heavily involved in the Palestine Music Expo, something very dear to her heart. In addition to this, she is involved in charity work including a stint on the Nordoff & Robbins youth committee. Beckie also qualified as a volunteer vaccinator with St John ambulance during the pandemic. She is on the CAA Women's committee and is also head of a mentor pod, mentoring younger agents and executives at CAA. Beckie is passionate about supporting the next generation of agents coming up in the industry, best demonstrated by her guidance of Sally Dunstone who is now a successful agent in her own right.
