Carlos began his career in 2019 as a Project Manager at Rotterdam Airlines, where he was responsible for several projects, including Young Ellens and Jack. Over time, he was promoted to Music Manager.

In 2020, Carlos made the transition to Sony Music as an A&R Manager at LASER, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the foundation of the LASER brand. His efforts proved highly successful, and in 2022, Carlos became Head of LASER, taking on full responsibility for the brand, the team, and signed artists such as Boef, Ronnie Flex, and Lil Kleine. Talent scouting remains a key focus for Carlos, and he has discovered artists like KATNUF and LUNA.

In 2023, Carlos conceived the idea for the newly launched One Studios, a creative hub located in the heart of Amsterdam. The space features four unique studios where all Sony brands (Sony Music, LASER, Sony Electronics, and PlayStation) come together. This concept became a reality in 2024.
