Daniële Streep is Managing Director of Victorie, the vibrant pop venue in Alkmaar featuring two halls with capacities of 900 and 230. As a cultural leader driven by impact and innovation, Daniële initiated the campaign “Alkmaar Breaks the Silence” to address sexual misconduct against women and championing safety in the cultural sector. Which resulted in Nation wide media attention for the campaign showcasing male role models. 
Previously, Daniële worked as Interim Director at Oerol Festival and Theaterfestival Boulevard, spent six years at ESNS and worked as a management consultant in the cultural sector at Berenschot and LAgroup. She currently holds supervisory board positions at Muziekfabriek Slachthuis Haarlem, 2turvenhoog Festival, and Nachtgenootschap Alkmaar.
