Ernst-Jan Pfauth is a journalist, writer, and media pioneer, and one of the founders (and former CEO) of the journalism platform De Correspondent. In the years that followed, he co-founded the media collective POM with Alexander Klöpping, producing podcasts, books, and projects about focus, creativity, and technology. In addition to POM, he also hosts the interview series Jonge Jaren (“Young Years”).

Ernst-Jan is the author of several books, including Intentional Living and The Gratitude Journal, and the driving force behind the platform of the same name, which encourages readers to reflect and cultivate gratitude.
