Estella Reed
ESNS:
2026
Co-Founder, AI in Media Institute
Estella Reed sits at the intersection of technology, media and music. She co-founded the AIMI Conference, which in March 2025 launched the UK’s first AI-focused summit for the Media and Creative industries, and the AI in Media Institute, focusing on empowering these sectors to navigate the future - ethically, responsibly, creatively, and, most importantly, together. From education and policy to jobs and events, it's an organisation on a mission to help shape tomorrow’s creative landscape.
A classically trained musician turned tech leader, Estella spent 20 years helping start-ups grow—advising founders on operations, culture, and scaling—before returning to her roots to help build a grass-roots organisation supporting unsigned artists.
Today, she’s expanding the Institute through partnerships, educational courses and events, curating the AIMI Conference 2026, and helping to launch a new MusicTech startup reinventing A&R with early-stage hit identification, funding emerging tracks in real time and rewarding artists fairly.
Estella is passionate about building ecosystems where creativity and technology thrive and connecting with collaborators who share her vision for the future of music and media - ultimately 'a fair future for creatives'.
