Eva Johanna Lepikov is the Executive Producer of Tallinn Music Week, the Estonian new music festival and industry conference. Having grown within TMW from assistant to Head of Marketing to Executive Producer, Eva has been with the festival for over seven years. Alongside TMW, she oversees marketing for its sister festival Station Narva, and for international artists’ concerts and projects by the organising company Shiftworks.

Eva holds a degree in Music Business from BIMM Bristol and has extensive experience in music and event marketing, event promotion, and stage management. She is also in charge of artist liaison for Kikumu and Saund (formerly Sõru Saund).
