Ewa Minderman has been passionate about music and organization from a young age. This led her to volunteer at various festivals, complete multiple internships, and earn a bachelor’s degree in Music Management from HKU (2017). She worked for several years as a production manager at concert venue Nobel in Leiden and is currently part of the team at PAARD in The Hague. Alongside her production role, she also freelances in the music industry as a producer, stage manager, DJ, and vocalist with the band Dolly Min. She has collaborated with organizations such as ADE Beats, Mensen Zeggen Dingen, Triomf Agency, 3FM, Sniester, Sofar Sounds The Hague, and Surfana.
