Guna Zučika is the CEO of Every Little Thing, a music company collaborating with leading Latvian musicians on local and international projects, covering label services, booking, management, and consulting. She holds a Master’s in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and lectures at the Latvian Academy of Culture and Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music. Guna serves on the boards of Latvian Music Export Office and LaIPA, and is a member of the Music Council at the Ministry of Culture. She is also the conference curator for Riga Music Week, shaping the event’s program, speaker lineup, and strategic direction.
