As a music coordinator, my colleagues and I are responsible for the playlists of all programs and for communicating 3FM’s music direction across all of its channels. In this role, I also coordinate 3FM Talent, 3FM’s talent development program — guiding artists from their first exposure on national radio through to their eventual designation as 3FM Talent.
