Inga first came into contact with the music industry when she organized a university festival during her studies in Münster. In 2011, after completing her business studies, she landed as an assistant promoter at FKP Scorpio. After a brief stop in the Netherlands to support the organization of the first Best Kept Secret Festival, she returned to the Hamburg office as a promoter.

Since 2018, she has been coordinating the core booking team around Managing Director and founder Folkert Koopmans and is responsible for the major tours of international artists such as Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters and other well-known acts. She also works her own roster and is constantly developing new acts, especially female artists such as Holly Humberstone, Paris Paloma and Lucy Dacus who have been touring in 2025 or will be in 2026.

Since January 2024, she has been leading the company's 30-strong tour department as part of a dual leadership team with the aim of further advancing the strategic direction both internally and externally.
