With a passion for showcasing the best undiscovered musicians from across the UK, Jess Iszatt hosts Radio 1’s flagship BBC Introducing show. She also presents Radio 1's Dance Party Starters and the local BBC Introducing show in London.

Jess prides herself as a tastemaker at the forefront of the UK’s new music scene and has presented for AIM (the Association of Independent Music), The Mercury Awards, and The BRITS red carpet. She has hosted major dance events including IMS Ibiza and Beatport’s livestream coverage of Creamfields since 2023, returning with the Beatport team in 2026. She has worked with War Child on their Day Of The Girl project through panels and live events, and has acted as both judge and host for the Amex Gold Unsigned 2023 initiative and showcase. She is also a Youth Music ambassador, after serving on the judging panel for several years, and appeared in their Rescue The Roots campaign.

She hosts The Record Club — brought to you by Record Store Day, The Official Charts, and Album Day UK (in association with Bowers & Wilkins) — interviewing top chart artists about their new records live every fortnight, available to listen to or watch back on Spotify and YouTube.
