“I can’t imagine life without music.” Born into a musical family, Jessica developed a passion for music at an early age. She plays multiple instruments and is actively involved in productions across the music industry. At the age of twenty, Jessica became hard of hearing. Rather than seeing this as a setback, she chose to embrace it as a second chance in life. With one foot in the hearing world and the other in the Deaf community, she lives consciously in the present, focusing only on what truly fuels her passion. Jessica is an alumna, (co-)owner, and coach at the Visual Music Academy and works as a Deaf Performer for television, live events, and concerts. From the Dutch Top 2000 to the Eurovision Song Contest and Sencity Festival, she is a familiar presence. What sets Jessica apart is her remarkable range across languages and musical genres.
