He is also responsible for overseeing the Record in Iceland refund project, a government-funded initiative designed to support international music production in Iceland. With vast experience as an experimental electronic music producer, composer, and songwriter, Leifur has collaborated with renowned acts such as Howie B., Klemens Hannigan, Low Roar, and Cheek Mountain Thief. His work has been featured in prominent projects, including the video game Death Stranding, ads for Allstate, and TV shows on ABC and MTV. Currently, Leifur is focusing on both music production and his pivotal role in driving Iceland's music exports to new heights.
