Marta Belay from Rotterdam is Label Manager at the independent music label Rotterdam Airlines Music Group, home to artists such as Jairzinho, Jack, Young Ellens, Kevin, Sevn Alias, and a wide range of other talent. In addition, she manages artists including KM & DODO through her management company, Clout Management. Marta studied Media, Information, and Communication at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. After graduating, she gained experience working at various labels and at Buma Stemra.

In recent years, Marta has firmly established herself in the Dutch music industry and has become an indispensable figure in the Nederhop community.
