Marta Belay is a music industry professional currently working as Artist & Label Partnerships Manager at Spotify. She collaborates with artists, managers and labels to create opportunities that bring artists and their music closer to audiences. Marta develops campaigns, strengthens industry partnerships and translates cultural trends into impactful on- and off-platform initiatives. She also represents Spotify within the Dutch music scene, builds long-term relationships with partners and fosters knowledge sharing through educational and community-driven projects.

Previously, Marta was Label Manager and Label Director at independent label Rotterdam Airlines Music Group, home to artists such as Jairzinho, Jack, Young Ellens, Kevin and Sevn Alias. She also managed several artists through her own company, Clout Management.

Marta studied Media, Information and Communication at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and gained experience at various labels and Buma Stemra. With her broad expertise, strategic mindset and passion for music, she has become an influential and versatile figure in the Dutch music industry.
