With a strong focus on talent development and live music in the northern Netherlands, Richte Westerman is the coordinator of Music Hub NOORD, festival coordinator of Grunnsonic, and project leader of GRONDSLAG Groningen & Friesland at POPgroningen & Friesland Pop. In addition, he programs the northern Dutch lineup for ESNS, including the new MEET@AIR program on the Grote Markt. Drawing on his background as a musician and his studies at the Academy of Pop Culture, Richte is committed to strengthening the music scene in the northern Netherlands.
