Thomas de Raad began his career as a artist manager with Nicky Romero and later went on to work as A&R at CTM. In 2019, Thomas founded his own company: TOMMY ADVICE. With a team of 10 artists, writers, and producers, Thomas has always focused on the international market. He initiated hundreds of collaborations with international talent, resulting in releases with, among others, Armin van Buuren, Felix Jaehn, Kygo, Timmy Trumpet, Dean Lewis, Duncan Laurence, and in South Korea with KAI (EXO), YOUHA, and Weeekly.
