Born and raised just a stone’s throw from the legendary Megaland grounds, music and festivals are in Tirsa Creusen’s DNA. From a young age, the magic of Pinkpop sparked a lifelong passion.

She began her journey at Buro Pinkpop in 2011 as an intern and quickly moved on to become project coordinator of Kunstbende Limburg — a development program for young creative talent led by Mr. Pinkpop, Jan Smeets. At the same time, she strengthened her role within the Pinkpop team, professionalizing accreditation and elevating the crew reception.

In 2017, Tirsa became backstage producer, known for her sharp eye for detail and logistics. Two years later, she stepped up as festival manager, focusing on operations and the professionalization of the organization.

In May 2025, at the age of 34, Tirsa became festival director of Pinkpop. With a clear vision, solid experience, and a deep-rooted passion, she now leads Europe’s oldest pop festival together with Ide Koffeman.
