Hiphop VPRO documentaire - screening & talk

At the Groninger Museum, two episodes of the VPRO documentary series 50 Years of Hip Hop in the Netherlands – Someone Has to Do It will be screened. Dive deep into the culture, the pain, the pride, and the power of the Dutch hip hop scene. The series shows how hip hop is much more than music—it is a lifestyle, an attitude, a philosophy. After the screening, join a discussion with director Sacha Vermeulen, host Sagid Carter, and hip hop artists about the series and the state of hip hop culture in the Netherlands.
