Are you active in pop culture talent development or involved in supporting creators? During Eurosonic Noorderslag 2026, the national Talent Developers Network and NOORD invite talent developers from the pop music sector to an informal lunch. This is a moment to meet colleagues from across the country, exchange experiences, share questions, and strengthen national connections. The lunch is intended for project leaders, programmers, and other professionals working within music hubs or talent development programs. Together, we explore how talent moves through the talent development chain — from the very first steps to the national stage — and the role different organizations play along the way. Collaboration and knowledge sharing are central to this gathering. This lunch serves as a prelude to the panel “Through the Talent Development Chain to a National Stage” at the Noorderslag Conference on Saturday, January 17 (11:30–12:30). There, we will deepen the conversation, connect practical examples, and examine how we can better support artists together on their path to a national audience.
