Workshop - Millennial World Domination Support Group

Boomers & Gen Z not invited, this one is Millennials (1980-1996) only. Our time is now! Many of us have climbed some sort of ladder to end up in or close to a management position. We now have the chance to influence the heck out of everyone around us and try to make a difference in the world, or in your office, whatever you feel suits you best. But being in this position isn’t always easy, and every now and then everyone needs a little support. In this session we’ll create that support group, have you meet peers who are in the same position as you and exchange experiences on how to work with the situations you might encounter. After this session you’ll have more context of the workfield and the challenges this generation is up against. Plus we aim to connect you to some new friends to call if you need a second opinion or need somebody to bounce ideas off of. World Domination is not easily achieved alone, let us give you the support!
