Andrew has worked for almost 30 years in culture, charity, academia and politics. He works globally across a range of international organisations, agencies and academic clusters involved with sustainability and accessibility to help progress areas of policy research and practice.

Andrew is also a consultant working with organisations such as Attitude is Everything as well as world class festivals and events including Glastonbury and Cheltenham Festivals. He is vice-chair of the Musicians' Union Members Assembly, a member of the Ivors Acadmy, a trustee for Youth Music as well as manager of UnMute at Contnental Drifts - a roster for disabled artists and musicians.

In his spare time he is the double bassist for Thrill Collins.
