Anja Caspary was born in Frankfurt/Main and lives in Berlin. She started as a licensed physiotherapist and yoga teacher. In the year of the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, she began hosting shows and became one of Berlin‘s most popular female radio DJs . In 2012 she was nominated by the Grimme Institut as best moderator. Since 2015 she is head of music at rbb radioeins (Rundfunk Berlin Brandenburg) which is an alternative programme.
