Connie Chow is a seasoned marketing strategy director specializing in the dance and electronic music genres at FUGA. She is client-facing, collaborating with clients globally to develop and execute marketing and release strategies.Her leadership and strategic insights have significantly contributed to the growth and success of FUGA's Dance & Electronic division, making it one of the company's most prolific genres. Before joining FUGA, Connie was an artist manager at Little Empire Music in Los Angeles, where she managed the careers of renowned artists such as Galantis, Kaskade, Santigold, Nicole Moudaber, and Justin Jay. Connie is also on the executive board for AFEM, a Recording Academy voting member for the Grammy Awards, and an inspirational mentor for the Asian American collective across the entertainment industries. In 2023, she reignited the Amsterdam chapter of She Said So - a community of women, gender-nonconforming people, and allies in the music industry.
