Hotel + Delegate Pass Package

For less than €250 a night, you can stay in one of the spacious rooms at the brand-new Van der Valk Hotel Groningen - Hoogkerk. This 4-star hotel is centrally located on the A7, next to Hoogkerk station, just a few minutes’ bus ride from the centre of Groningen. Guests have access to the gym, and bicycles are available to hire for an additional fee.

The Social Hub
We’re offering a limited number of rooms at The Social Hub, located right in the vibrant centre of Groningen. It’s the perfect base for delegates who want to stay close to all ESNS venues and activities. Rooms are available for €295 per night, whether you’re staying alone or with two people.

Flonk Hotel Groningen Zuid
Flonk Hotel Groningen Zuid is a lakeside design hotel with renovated rooms, a heated indoor pool, a large garden, and free parking and Wi‑Fi. It sits by the Hoornsemeer, about a 15‑minute bike ride from the city centre, with on‑site bike rentals and a restaurant serving seasonal international dishes.

Fletcher Family Hotel Paterswolde
Fletcher Family Hotel Paterswolde is a 4‑star hotel, offering a restaurant, bar and a full health club with pool, sauna, steam bath, solarium and gym. It’s close to Groningen and about a 20‑minute bus ride from the city, with a bus stop right outside.

Brinkhotel Zuidlaren
This hotel offers modern standard rooms with two single beds, a desk, TV, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, plus free Wi‑Fi and in‑room coffee and tea. With bus line 5 stopping right next to the hotel, guests can reach Groningen’s city centre in about 25 minutes, with frequent departures every 20 minutes.
