Filip Košťálek is an experienced programmer and cultural producer with over a decade in the international music and festival scene. At the moment, he is the artistic director of Colours of Ostrava festival, and has played a key role in shaping innovative music programming in Central Europe. Filip’s work bridges genres and cultures, bringing cutting-edge global talent to new audiences. He has collaborated with celebrated artists and was honored with the European Festival Award, named among IQ Magazine’s New Bosses, and featured in Forbes 30 Under 30.

For 10 years, he is working for the largest international music festival in the Czech Republic Colours of Ostrava. Currently as a creative manager and programmer. The festival takes place in industrial venue for 4 days every summer, venue capacity is over 50 000 people, has 8 music stages, 7 discussion stages and over 120 bands from all around the world. From mainstream stars to music discoveries.
