Born and raised in Madrid, originally an Environmental Science bachelor, Javier has decided to jump into advertising and enrolled in the Miami Ad School. After working in Miami, São Paulo, New York, Hamburg and Berlin, he decided to take his educational cocktail of protecting the planet and marketing products through creativity to Eastern Europe. So for the past years he has tried to generate some positive impact through his ideas on both global and local clients such as Heineken, Beko, Unilever, Vodafone, E.ON, Red Cross and WWF.
After more than 12 years working in ad agencies, he decided to embark on a new adventure in the music festival industry as Creative Director for one of the biggest music festivals in Europe: Electric Castle.
His constant search for insight and his wish of shaping brands behaviour for the better has so far brought him international recognition in Cannes Lions, Eurobest, Clio and Golden Drum.
He loves to hunt music with Shazam and mix it later as Dj Papanash, train dogs, do gardening, and travel as much as possible. His favourite show? Game of Thrones. He saw it 3 times.
If someone asks him for a song, He’ll hum “Follow the Sun” by Xavier Rudd.
