Judith Holzmann (she/her) works at Fairspace, where she is deeply engaged with the issue of social safety. A key part of her work involves promoting five concrete tools for intervening in inappropriate behavior, known as the 5Ds of bystander intervention. Judith is recharged by the freedom to dance and believes it is essential that concerts, festivals, and nightlife are safe spaces for everyone.
