Kamilė Čelutkaitė is Head of Creative Europe Desk Lithuania. She consults Lithuanian applicants regarding Creative Europe funding opportunities and promotes the programme through various information sessions and other events. As Art History and Management graduate (University of St Andrews, UK) and Cultural Policy and Management postgraduate (Sciences Po, France), she has developed a strong academic and professional interest in the notions of culture accessibility, cultural democracy as well as gender equality in the cultural sector.
