As a counselor Katja Keersmaekers has her own practice named ‘In ‘t Groen’ (In The Green). She is specialised in effectively supporting people through their common (nonpathological) mental problems and challenges. Guiding them back to emotional resilience, control, balance and a more sustainable mental health. She is also hired by organizations to give trainings on defining boundaries, openness and burn out prevention. Due to her former career of 16 years in the music industry at an executive level her clientele involves people from all across this industry.
