Ken Veerman is a process facilitator and strategic advisor for European concert venues and other mission-driven organizations. After leading various cultural venues in Belgium for 15 years, he now uses that experience to help organizations better understand themselves. His work focuses on mission development, business models, teamwork, and audience development. His first book, “Vertellers, Geen Verkopers” (LannooCampus), is a practical management guide for cultural organizations that want to fully embody and communicate their mission.

Ken co-developed the Crowdbuilder, an audience-development tool for European concert venues commissioned by Live DMA, the European network of grassroots venues. He is also deeply passionate about de-Googling and exploring exciting European alternatives to Big Tech.
