Layli Odamura has been with Creativeman for over 20 years, first as the very first female Director of International Relations Department, then heading the UK branch of the company since 2008. Creativeman promotes various artists from all across the globe. They promote various headline shows, taking part in the development of an artist from small club size level, all the way up to stadium class acts. Additionally promoting and organizing 10+ festivals annually in Japan, with Summer Sonic being the lead festival of the company. Summary of 2024 adds up to 172 artists, 1.3 million audience attendance, 127 venues used across the 376 concerts Creativeman has promoted in that year alone. Creativeman also takes part in managing some Japanese artists, has a club venue, and a restaurant.
