Li Sang Ong is a Senior Policy Officer at the VNPF (Association of Dutch Pop Music Venues and Festivals), the national network representing the interests of the live pop sector in the Netherlands. She works to strengthen the position of venues and festivals as vital cultural spaces, developing policies and initiatives that promote fair working conditions, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability across the live music ecosystem.

With a background in cultural management and broad experience in the music scene, Li Sang brings a thoughtful and forward-looking perspective to her work. She is passionate about fostering an equitable and vibrant environment where artists, venues, and audiences can thrive together.
