Marc Steens has been working as coordinator for the Clubcircuit network (venue association in the Dutch speaking part) in Belgium since 2004. Clubcircuit is regarded as the official spokeschannel of the Flemish concert venues.

Since 2009 Marc Steens is also lecturer at PXL Music, a professional bachelor program aimed at future music managers, technicians and musicians.

Marc Steens is member of the board of Live DMA and board member at Nieuwe Nor (Dutch concert venue).
