Marija is a music manager and strategist, advocating Lithuanian musicians, alternative scene locally and abroad.

Being at the epicentre of a network grid where alternative, experimental & pop scenes collide, her experience spans from tour management, publishing, copyright, live production, to educational programmes for youth & collaborative international projects combining different art fields. While working in the music market for the past 5 years, Marija has been a part of many activist projects focused on developing local cultural policy, international and institutional partnerships, as well as collaborations between creative communities inside the market.

Marija represents an emerging noise rock band Plié, is a project manager at the Music Information Centre Lithuania, and an active member of the Lithuanian Music Business Association, co-organising the local showcase MURMURS in Vilnius.
