Her experience spans major projects such as Lowlands, Oerol, and Eurosonic Noorderslag. After years in operational and strategic roles, including Head of Production at ESNS and Permits, Safety & Mobility Specialist at MOJO Concerts, Marlene made a switch to the public sector. She now works as Event Coordinator for the Municipality of Groningen, shaping multidisciplinary collaboration around events and advising on permits and safety.
