Marlene has worked in music for over 15 years, in event production and crowd management on a local, national and international scale. Previous projects include Lowlands, Down the Rabbit Hole, Oerol and De Oosterpoort Groningen. At the moment Marlene is Head of Production at ESNS and Permits, Safety & Mobility specialist at MOJO Concerts. Marlene is dedicated to a more sustainable sector and is among the early adopters of the Green Deal Circular Festivals and co-founder of GROENN. Inclusion, and more specific the position of women in and outside the music sector, is one of her main priorities.
